TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to SpeedLab Sim Racing. By booking a session, purchasing a membership, or participating in any SpeedLab Sim Racing activity, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations within 24 Hours
Refunds or credits will not be provided for appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time.

No-Shows
Refunds or credits will not be provided for no-shows. Guests who fail to attend their scheduled session forfeit the session and all related fees.

Inclement Weather Consideration
Consideration may be given for cancellations or no-shows that occur during documented inclement weather. Any exceptions are made at the sole discretion of SpeedLab Sim Racing.

2. Membership Sessions

Unused Sessions
Monthly membership sessions do not carry over, and refunds or credits are not provided for unused appointments included in a membership plan.

3. Membership Subscriptions

Automatic Monthly Renewal
Membership subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis until the member cancels the renewal. Members are responsible for managing their subscription settings.

Expiration of Purchased Sessions
Any prepaid or future sessions purchased outside of a membership plan expire six (6) months from the original date of purchase. Unused sessions are not refundable.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates expire six (6) months from the date of purchase and hold no cash value. Expired gift certificates cannot be redeemed or refunded.

4. Waiver Requirement

All drivers must sign a valid liability waiver prior to using any SpeedLab Sim Racing simulator or participating in any driving activity.
Participants who do not sign the waiver will not be permitted to use the equipment, and no refunds or credits will be issued for sessions forfeited due to failure to sign.

5. General Policies

Advance Booking Required
All sessions must be booked in advance. SpeedLab Sim Racing does not accept walk-ins.

Right to Refuse Service
SpeedLab Sim Racing reserves the right to refuse service to any participant who violates safety rules, behaves inappropriately, or fails to follow staff instructions.

Policy Updates
SpeedLab Sim Racing reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will apply to future bookings and memberships.
