We created SpeedLab to bridge the gap between home simulators and traditional entertainment venues—delivering authentic driving experiences, professional equipment, and turnkey event solutions that can be enjoyed almost anywhere. Whether you’re looking to experience your favorite race car and track, compete with friends and coworkers, or create an unforgettable event, SpeedLab puts you in the driver’s seat.
BASED IN DENVER, BUILT BY RACERS
SpeedLab Sim Racing was founded by racers who wanted to create the kind of driving experience they wished existed in Colorado—one that combines professional-grade simulation technology, real motorsport knowledge, and the flexibility to serve everyone from first-time drivers to experienced racers.
Based in the Denver metro area, we provide immersive driving experiences for corporate events, private groups, racing enthusiasts, and sim racers throughout Colorado and beyond. Whether you’re looking to experience the thrill of a Formula car, battle wheel-to-wheel in a GT race, compete in a NASCAR event, explore iconic roads in a street car, or simply enjoy a unique event with friends and coworkers, SpeedLab delivers an authentic and memorable experience.
What sets us apart is that we’re not just simulator operators—we’re drivers ourselves. The owners of SpeedLab have more than 14 years of combined experience competing in vintage Formula Ford racing with Rocky Mountain Vintage Racing. That real-world racing background influences everything we do, from the equipment we choose and the experiences we create to the level of realism and professionalism we bring to every event.
WHAT MAKES SPEEDLAB DIFFERENT
Flexibility Is Our Middle Name
Some private clubs or training studios operate one or two simulators in a fixed location.
SpeedLab was built to scale:
- Multiple simulators = less time waiting or watching
- Indoors or outdoors
- All simulators could provide the same experience, or each could provide a different experience
- Consistent experience across rigs
- Race alongside or head-to-head with others
- Event-ready deployment
- Built to be mobile and easily moved indoors
- Each simulator requires a small foot print and regular 120 volt power
- Triple monitors for high immersion, or single monitors to save space
This allows us to support:
- Groups racing simultaneously
- Corporate experiences
- Charity and community events
Repeat guests without bottlenecks
Beyond the Typical Home Simulator
Many racing fans have tried sim racing at home. SpeedLab was built to deliver more immersion, more capability, and less hassle than most personal setups.
Our simulators use commercial-grade motion systems, direct-drive steering, and large field-of-view displays that are difficult to install, power, and maintain in a residential space.
SpeedLab also removes the complexity of managing software, updates, and hardware tuning. Drivers get instant access to a wide range of cars, tracks, and racing styles, all professionally configured and ready to drive.
Most home simulators are designed for one driver at a time. SpeedLab is designed for multiple identical rigs, allowing friends, teams, and groups to race together with consistent performance.
The result: a level of realism, variety, and polish that goes well beyond what most people can achieve at home — without the cost, space, or maintenance.
OUR TECHNOLOGY PHILOSOPHY
We invest in professional-grade hardware and software because realism, and choices, matters.
SpeedLab simulators feature:
- Motion systems that realistically replicate vehicle dynamics
- Serious direct-drive steering systems
- Ultra high-end load-cell pedals
- Super high performance computer hardware
- Triple-screen or wide field-of-view displays
- Heavy duty aluminum extruded chassis
- Reclinable racing seats
- Industry-leading simulation software
Our systems are configured, maintained, and monitored by staff — not left to self-calibration.
A Broad Range of Cars, Tracks, and Series
Unlike venues limited to a single car type or racing style, SpeedLab allows drivers to race across multiple disciplines and eras of motorsport, including:
- Open-wheel racing (Formula 1, IndyCar)
- Stock car racing (NASCAR)
- Sports car & endurance racing (IMSA, GT racing)
- Vintage and historic race cars
- Modern supercars and hypercars
- Dirt track and off-road racing
- Road courses, street circuits, and ovals
This variety allows each session to be tailored to the driver’s interests and experience level — whether that’s a first lap in a stock car, a precision-focused open-wheel run, or an endurance-style sports car session.
Software-Driven Flexibility
Because our systems are software-driven and professionally managed, we can:
- Match your level of experience and skills to the simulation software that fits best
- Enable full-motion competitive racing, realistic racing in a range of cars and tracks, or the freedom of driving exploration
- Match cars and tracks to driver skill levels
- Adjust realism and assists without oversimplifying
- Create repeatable experiences for returning guests
- Configure sessions for individual drivers or groups racing simultaneously
The result is an experience that evolves — not one you outgrow after a single visit.
